Terms of Service

1. The service
Affie is an AI service that connects to your Google Business Profile, drafts replies to customer reviews in your chosen tone, auto-posts replies to 4–5 star reviews if enabled, and sends lower-rated reviews to you for approval.
2. Trial and pricing
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. After the trial, you pay for the plan you choose, billed monthly: Starter at US$10 per business location per month (up to 50 review replies per location per month) or Pro at US$20 per business location per month (up to 150 review replies per location per month). Plan limits may change with 30 days' notice. A payment card is collected when you start the trial, and nothing is charged until the trial ends. You may cancel at any time; cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing. Only replies that Affie actually publishes count toward your plan's reply limit; drafts, skipped reviews and failed attempts do not count. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
3. Your responsibility for replies
You are responsible for all replies posted to your Google Business Profile, including those auto-posted under your settings. AI drafts may contain errors; you should review settings and posted replies regularly.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Affie to post false, misleading, defamatory or unlawful content, to impersonate others, to manipulate reviews, to violate Google's policies, or to interfere with the service.
5. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Affie is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction.
